3. Service Description

accoo grroup provides real estate transaction support services including:

• Coordination of vendors and service providers
• Strategic guidance for offer development
• Documentation review and quality control

Services are provided for coordination and facilitation purposes only. We do not act as real estate agents, brokers, legal advisors, or financial consultants.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation or clarification
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive transaction information
• Comply with all applicable Swiss laws and regulations
• Make timely payments for services rendered

5. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees are as follows:

• Vendor Coordination Hub: CHF 1,680
• Offer Strategy Development: CHF 1,350
• Documentation Quality Control: CHF 1,120

Payment terms: Fees are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Swiss law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for decisions made by clients based on our guidance
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for actions or omissions of third-party vendors

7. Professional Standards

While we maintain high professional standards and strive for accuracy, clients acknowledge that:

• Real estate transactions involve inherent uncertainties
• Market conditions can change unexpectedly
• Our services complement but do not replace legal or financial advice
• Final transaction decisions rest with the client

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Clients similarly agree to keep proprietary information about our processes and methodologies confidential.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• Client termination: Fees for completed work are due immediately
• Our termination: Full refund of unused service fees
• Immediate termination for breach of terms

10. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, processes, and materials developed by accoo grroup remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for their specific transaction only.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes:

1. Initial attempt at informal resolution through direct communication
2. Mediation in Bern, Switzerland
3. Arbitration in accordance with Swiss law if mediation fails

These terms are governed by Swiss law, and courts of Bern have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or direct notification. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability
